Colourlock St0.01 Textile Sealant
Colourlock St0.01 Textile Sealant protects convertible roofs, fabric seats and fabric seat covers against water, dirt and stains without impairing the look and feel. The water-based premium textile sealant has a pleasant fresh fragrance is free from solvents and fluorocarbon resins.
The sealing components ensure an easy to-clean effect and a long service life. Depending on the textile fiber, application purpose, wear and care, the durability is up to 24 months (comparable to up to 50 wash cycles at 30 degrees).
Areas of use:
- Convertible roofs, seat covers, fabric seats.
- Always test in an inconspicuous area first to determine compatibility.
- *Not suggested for use on carpets.
Instructions:
*An application temperature between 50°F - 104°F is recommended.
- Thoroughly clean the textile to be sealed with Pol Star and allow surface to dry completely. The textile must be dry, clean and free of product residues for the next steps.
- Cover surfaces that are not to be sealed with masking tape.
- Apply St0.01 Textile Sealant evenly to the surface with a microfiber sponge to create a thin and even wet film.
- Work the product thoroughly into the fibers with a suitable sponge in a crosswise motion and then allow to dry completely.
- Depending on the textile and ambient temperature, curing can take up to 24 hours.
- After Care: Gently clean the sealed surfaces after using St0.01 Textile Sealant.
- Note: If the effect wears off, it can be refreshed by reapplying the product, as long as the textile is not heavily soiled.
Precautions:
- Apply sparingly.
- Test in inconspicuous area before use.
- Do not dilute.
- Use in ventilated area.
