How do I place an order for pickup?
- Orders can be placed online or over the phone.
- When ordering online & you're address is within a 25-mile radius of Sanford, FL, select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout
- If you're outside the radius, call us to place your order or simply add "Local Pickup" in the order notes, and we'll refund any applicable shipping costs.
How long will it take to prepare my order?
- Orders are typically ready for pickup within 30-45 minutes. If you need it sooner, please call or email our service team to let us know you're on the way.
How will I know my order is ready?
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.
Where do I pick up my order?
- Walk into our showroom and your order will be with our customer service representative.
I want to see the products before I buy. Do you have a showroom?
- Yes we do! Come on by anytime Monday - Friday between 9-5 PM.
- Please note: We do not carry Metropolitan Vacuums, Vapamore Steamers, or United Lamps on site.
Available store pickup hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday - Sunday: Closed
