d) Glass cleaning tips and tricks

4. Hands on Training
a) Proper Polishing Techniques and beginner concepts of what you encounter, water spots, swirls, micro-marring, holograms, RIDS, and how they are caused, their appearance in cross section on a microscopic level, and how they are experienced by people. How to avoid them once the car is polished and they have been removed.
5. Brief introduction to Ceramic Coatings – CQUARTZ UK 3.0
